In the heart of the old town of Villefranche-Sur-Mer, this flat can accommodate up to 4 people.
Atypical accommodation, you will have a comfortable living room where you will find a small alcove which will be used as a first bedroom with two single beds, then you will find in the linving room a sitting area with sofa and TV, a dining table and a dart board to entertain you; a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare small dishes; separate toilets, then a large bedroom with exposed stone.
Finally, in the basement, there is a bathroom with a second toilet which is accessible by the stairs from the bedroom.
A little extra, at the level of the room is a small outdoor space, not very big but which could make life easier for smokers for example...
The building is located in the main street of the old town on the first floor of a typical village building which does not have a lift (especially if you have mobility problems).
If you come by car, you will have to park outside the old town, which is pedestrianised. You will find many car parks provided by the city of Villefranche-Sur-Mer.
If you do not come by car, no problem, you can easily reach all means of transport on foot.

Station balnéaire dans le département des Alpes-Maritimes, à tout juste une courte distance à l'est de Nice. Petit village aux allures pittoresques rempli d'histoire et admirablement joli à visiter : son vieux port, sa charmante vieille ville avec de belles maisons anciennes qui bordent les rues pavées qui grimpent sur la colline à travers la ville, et puis sa rade majestueuse accueillant toujours plus de bateaux plus ou moins gros... Vous ne serez absolument pas déçus de choisir ce point d'ancrage pour visiter la French Riviera !
Qui plus est très bien desservie par les transports en commun et qui vous permettra de rejoindre facilement Nice, Cannes, Monaco ou l'italie en moins d'une heure.
La gare ferroviaire et les arrêts de bus principaux se trouvent à 500 mètres de la résidence (moins de 10 minutes à pieds).
Le stationnement devra se faire à l'extérieur de la vieille ville - parking public à proximité - vieille ville rue piétonne

Flat overlooking the bay of Villefranche sur Mer, you can contemplate the sea, St Jean Cap Ferrat but also the historical monument of the citadel and a glimpse of the famous rue obscure.
The little jewel is located on the 2nd floor without lift (25 steps - steep and uneven: the charm of the old town ).
You will have access to a large and bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen to prepare delicious meals, a dining area where you can eat comfortably, a shower room and a bedroom on the first floor.
The accommodation is of course equipped with WIFI so that you can access the internet on your smartphone, tablet or laptop without hindrance.
Linen is provided for the duration of your stay (sheets, towels, tea towel).

Villefranche-sur-Mer is one of the most beautiful places on the Côte d'Azur, with its old 17th-century houses rolling down the slope from a wooded amphitheatre to the small port.
The commune of 5,000 inhabitants is situated on the eastern edge of Nice and overlooks a magnificent harbour, where cruise ships anchor thanks to its great depth.
Just opposite, one can discover Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and its luxurious villas well hidden among the pines...
The train station is less than 10 minutes walk from the flat. You can go to Beaulieu, Eze-Sur-Mer, Monaco, Menton, Italy or in the other direction, Nice, Antibes, Cannes...
There is also a taxi service on the Place Amélie Polonais at the entrance of Villefranche-Sur-Mer near the Citadel.
Otherwise, at the same place a bus stop to go to Nice.
The flat is located in the old town of Villefranche Sur Mer which is only pedestrian. There is no parking space at the flat, if you have a car, you will have to park in streets around the old town (paying during the day) or in the nearest paying car park.
