Terms and Conditions (T&C) - Fox Keys

  1. Purpose
    These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the reservation and rental procedures for seasonal accommodations available on the website fox-keys.com, operated by Fox Keys / Azur Luxe Properties. Any booking implies full acceptance of these conditions.

  2. Reservation and Payment

A reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received.

Payment can be made via bank transfer.

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit.

Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before arrival: Deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: No refund available.

In case of no-show, the full stay amount is due.

If the balance of the rental is not paid by 30 days before the arrival date, the apartment will be re-rented, and the deposit paid will be forfeited.

  1. Security Deposit
    A security deposit may be requested before arrival, either via a bank authorization or transfer. It will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage has occurred.

  2. Duration and Use of the Property

The rental is granted for a specific period and cannot be extended without prior agreement.

The tenant agrees to adhere to the co-ownership rules and use the property with due care.

  1. Tenant's Obligations
  • To respect the occupancy limit of the property.
  • To peacefully enjoy the property and avoid causing any disturbances or nuisance.
  • Not to sublet the property or transfer this contract to a third party.
  • To promptly notify the Owner of any damage to the property, its furniture, or equipment.
  • To respect the intended use of the property and not to make any modifications.
  • To allow the Owner or a third party authorized by them to make any emergency repairs during the rental period, waiving any claim for compensation or rent reduction due to such repairs.
  • To maintain the furniture and objects in their current condition. Any missing or damaged items will need to be paid for. The cost of broken, chipped, or lost items, as well as the cleaning or washing of stained carpets, blankets, mattresses, bedding, etc., will be deducted from the security deposit.
  1. Arrival and Departure

Arrival is from 4:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed.

Departure must be before 10:00 AM.

  1. Responsibilities

Fox Keys will not be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage to the personal belongings of the tenants.

Any violation of the rules may result in eviction without refund.

  1. General Provisions

This contract is governed by French law, and any dispute arising from it will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

If any provision of this contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

Any modification or addition to this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Tenants acknowledge having read all the terms of the contract and agree to comply with them.
